Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Monitoring daily operations to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Ensuring safety standards are being met at all times
• Maintaining inventory levels of supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, hangers, etc.
• Training new staff on proper procedures for sorting laundry items by color and fabric type
• Maintenance of all laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steam presses, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily operations of the laundry facility, including staff, equipment and supplies.
