Job Roles

• Taking messages and forwarding them to the right person.
• Transferring calls to other extensions or outside lines.
• Operating switchboard equipment and other telecommunications systems.
• Resolving technical issues with telephone equipment Keeping records of calls and transactions.
• Adhering to privacy and security policies when handling sensitive information.

Eligibility Criteria

• The ideal candidate should have one year of experience in the relevant field.
• Must have done intermediate.
• Both males and females can apply for this job.
• The preferred qualification is bachelors.
• Must have strong communication skills,
• Must have the confidence to talk to people.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills,
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
