Job Roles

• Collecting and planning orders promptly and coordinating payments from all regions and distributors to align with established goals.
• Preparing sales reports and analyzing them on a timely basis.
• Maintaining a sales history of relevant regions and distributors.
• Reconciling sales data every month with regional and zonal reports.
• Effective coordination with all regions and distributors to ensure the timely submission of claims, their resolution, and receipt of clearance certificates by established procedures.
• Disseminating the Trade to Trade budget and trade promotions to the sales team, evaluating TTS spending, and providing comprehensive reporting.
• Assisting the sales team with reporting sales analysis, Regional Sales Funds, sales volume shares, and bottom-up analysis as required by the business.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and principles.
• Continuously improving processes through the use of the Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology.

Eligibility Criteria

• To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
• A demonstrated ability to comprehend business dynamics and processes.
• A strong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer, Field Sales, and CCSD.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
