Job Duties

• Work with management to finish important projects; work independently on previous tasks that were delegated to you.
• Make sure your workspace is well-organized and clean.
• Keep and restock office supplies as needed.
• Watch and use office equipment and materials (like computers, printers, fax machines, physical files, etc.).
• Perform basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks;
• Report any equipment issues; if at all possible, assist in resolving the issues, answer calls, direct calls, and take and deliver messages as needed; prepare mail for incoming delivery, including preparing larger packages for shipment;
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management, including coordinating calendars and securing meeting spaces; sort and deliver incoming mail to the appropriate individuals;
• Aid in the immediate resolution and mediation of customer complaints;
• Make preparations for travel for conferences held in other locations; maintain calendars and keep everyone informed of upcoming events.
