Job Roles

• Handling and transferring shipments to designated carriers at the airport, in collaboration with the internal office and customs clearing agent.
• Ensuring proper packaging of goods and accurate labelling of each box.
• Finalizing Air Waybill based on confirmed weight and dimensions provided by the booking carrier.
• Attaching the necessary documents for shipment travel as per customer instructions.
• Collecting Delivery Orders for import shipments at the airport and keeping records.
• Preparing and collecting billing for customs clearance and shipment transportation.
• Maintaining strong communication with the operations team for efficient shipment execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• At least 2-3 years of experience in air freight operations at a reputable multinational or local logistics company.
• Intermediate degree in a related field from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
