Job Duties

• Supporting Contact Center team members in achieving organizational goals and objectives
  collaborating with other departments and teams to resolve customer queries.
• Providing feedback to the supervisor on customer queries, complaints and suggestions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and professional workspace.
• Staying up-to-date on current healthcare policies, procedures, products and services.
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively,

Eligibility Criteria

• An accredited bachelor’s degree and one to two years of relevant experience in customer service or the contact centre are required.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• They should be able to speak clearly and politely in English and Urdu.
• They should also be able to listen to people and provide complete information.
• They should be willing to work shifts six days a week and on national holidays.
• They should be able to work as a team and do overtime and other tasks if necessary.
