Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Sound judgment and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret visual images on various media.
• Capable of decoding Pro QA codes to assess emergencies.
