Role – Joinery Cutting List Maker

The Joinery Cutting List Maker is responsible for producing accurate and detailed cutting lists based on technical drawings and project requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials are correctly specified, measured, and allocated for production, minimizing errors and waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, CAD designs, and project specifications.

• Prepare accurate cutting lists for joinery production.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to verify dimensions and materials.

• Optimize material usage to reduce wastage and cost.

• Support the production team with technical clarifications.

• Maintain records of cutting lists and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of proven experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out.

• Strong knowledge of timber, MDF, veneer, laminates, and other joinery materials.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
