Bechtel is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) project. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with experience in technical support, Microsoft 365 administration, network infrastructure, and end-user support within large-scale project environments.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance, deploy IT hardware, support Microsoft 365 services, maintain IT assets, and help ensure reliable technology operations throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support computer hardware and software.
• Provide deskside IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for end users.
• Support network infrastructure and connectivity across the project site.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment records using ServiceNow.
• Assist with IT planning and project technology requirements.
• Install and support standard business applications.
• Develop IT support documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Create reports, dashboards, and automate workflows where required.
• Work closely with project teams and corporate IT to ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware deployment.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and IT asset management.
• Understanding of document management systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and software issues.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSE certifications are an advantage.
