Job Responsibilities of IT Service Desk Analyst:

• Respond to incoming support requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage and prioritize service requests through a ticketing system

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of related field, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Working rights in Australia
