Role – Housekeeping Attendant

We are hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join our dedicated team at the eco-luxury Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort. This role is central to maintaining our renowned standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment. As the first resort in the Middle East to earn the Ocean Champion Badge, we are committed to sustainability and excellence, and we need passionate individuals to help us uphold this promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standard, including dusting, polishing furniture, and realigning items to the floor plan.

• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning closets and door tracks on check-out rooms.

• Attend to guest calls, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently within assigned areas.

• Provide personalized turndown services according to standard requirements and guest preferences.

• Report any maintenance issues, unpleasant smells, or damaged/missing hotel property to the Team Leader.

• Correctly use and maintain all housekeeping cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Replenish guest amenities and linens according to operational standards.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked housekeeping cart; return it properly at the end of the shift.

• Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field within the international hospitality industry.

• A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.

• Adaptability and a strong appreciation for cultural diversity.

• A reliable, honest, and sincere team player with a high level of energy.

• Speed, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
