Job Requirements:

Knowledge of basic building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools
Basic understanding of safety protocols when working with hazardous materials
Experience performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if necessary

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect and repair hotel facilities such as plumbing, and electrical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and tightening bolts to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Diagnose problems with equipment and make repairs using tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.

Respond to guest requests for repairs or maintenance services in a timely fashion.
Install new fixtures or appliances when needed in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff members.
Maintain records of maintenance activities
Assist other staff members by moving furniture or supplies as needed in order to complete projects quickly and efficiently.
