Responsibilities for Hiring as Passenger Service Agent:

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers of airline by check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Make sure that passengers are informed of any delays or changes to their flights
• Process passenger fees and tickets such as printing boarding passes, checking luggage, and collecting payments for excess baggage or other services
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with other staff to make sure that boarding process are carried out on time and efficiently
