Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing high-impact marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate seasonal campaign rollouts across print, digital, and outdoor media

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Content Creation and Brand Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content for newsletters, brochures, press releases, and advertising

  • Coordinate with photographers and designers to produce creative assets

  • Draft and schedule engaging social media content

Digital Media and Website Management

  • Maintain and update the school’s website with news and achievements

  • Contribute to SEO and digital advertising efforts

  • Liaise with external digital marketing agencies

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning Open Days, parent tours, community events, and exhibitions

  • Prepare event-specific promotional materials and signage

  • Provide on-site support during events

Internal and External Communications

  • Draft professional communications for prospective parents, families, and staff

  • Ensure all content aligns with the school’s tone of voice and brand identity

  • Support media relations with local press and education publications

Brand Implementation

  • Uphold brand guidelines across all communications

  • Maintain an archive of marketing collateral and digital assets

Market Research

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis

  • Prepare reports to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, luxury brands, or service sectors

  • Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite

  • Experience with website CMS such as WordPress

  • Videography or photography skills are highly desirable
