Responsibilities for Hiring as General Farm Worker:

• Clean surfaces, remove old plants, and setting up new crops in greenhouse where corps are grown
• Operate a range of farm equipment like tractors, cultivators, and sprayers to prepare fields
• Sorting, grading, and packing the produce
• Need to maintain accurate records of crop yield and other data related to farm operations
• Keep the farm clean including cleaning up debris and organizing tools and equipment
• Improve your skills in specific areas by attending training sessions to learn about new farm technologies
• You may be responsible for monitoring irrigation systems
