Job Roles

• As a Heavy Cleaner, your responsibilities include relocating materials and furniture as needed, reporting any building malfunctions such as power outages, leaks, and damaged equipment, and using motor-cleaning equipment to strip and wax floors, stairwells, and corridors.
• Additionally, you will clean entrance lobbies, stairwells, and elevator landings, polish marble or brass, wash walls and blackboards, dust assigned areas, and clean mirrors, glass partitions, bannisters, mailboxes, window sills, and baseboards in common areas.
• You will also be in charge of cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, removing stains, shampooing carpets, and washing exterior sidewalks, steps, and courtyards with a hose.
