Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care and observe vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
- Lead patients in exercises or activities to improve their physical strength and mobility.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the patient area by cleaning equipment, beds, floors and other surfaces according to hospital standards.
- Prepare meals according to patient dietary requirements and feed patients as necessary.
- Collect specimens for testing and transport them to the laboratory for analysis.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, blood pressure and weight of patients.
- Record patient information in medical records according to hospital procedures and protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents or scheduling appointments for patients.
