Job Roles

• Overseeing the receipt and withdrawal of materials.
• They also supervise the loading and unloading of materials, stock shelves, and inspect materials to ensure their quality.
• In addition, they inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
• Responsible for conducting monthly stock counts for all stores and presenting the results to the Senior Manager of Material Management.
• They coordinate with the Procurement Department to resolve any pending purchase requests and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Assists the Senior Manager of Material Management in ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards in the main and sub-stores.
• Oversees the monthly scrap auction process and disposal of scrap materials.
