• Front Desk Supervisor

Salary:

• HK$4,000 – 6,000/ Month

Responsibilities:

• To ensure proper customer care.
• To manage and maintain friendly, cheerful, and courteous behavior with customers and staff
• Answers all the inquiries, reservations, and question of guests and try to solve them at once.
• Manage and handle daily necessary front desk duties
• Management and informing of room services and other duties to room attendants
• Handling of all necessary procedures and administration of guest entries

Requirement:

• F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communicator of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Day off:

• Sundays and Public Holidays
