• Have to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries,
• Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting problems.
• Gathering information and updating customer accounts.
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Providing information about products and services to customers.
• Documenting all customer interactions and transactions in a call centre database.
• Meeting performance targets, such as average call handling time and call resolution rate.
• Continuously improving product and service knowledge and skills.
