Job Benefits:

• Prepare flower arrangements for shipment, following customer specifications and packing instructions.
• Select appropriate packaging materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap and foam inserts, to secure flowers during transport.
• Arrange flowers in crates or boxes and fill with protective material to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to sealing packages for shipment.
• Label packages with shipping information, including delivery address and customer contact details.
• Load finished shipments onto trucks or pallets for transport to delivery locations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders shipped and stock levels of packaging materials used for future ordering needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of flower varieties and determine when additional orders should be placed from suppliers to meet customer demand and replenish stock levels
• Clean work areas at the end of each shift, disposing of all packaging materials in a safe manner in accordance with environmental regulations.
