Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer accounts and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Process customer billing requests in a timely manner.
• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain contact with customers regarding payment status.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and send out monthly customer statements as required.
• Monitor account aging to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
• Generate reports for management review as requested or scheduled.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information regarding their accounts or billing questions/concerns.
• Participate in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, adjusting entries, and other tasks as needed to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements
• Process customer returns and credits in accordance with established procedures
• Assist with collection activities as needed, including contacting customers to request payment or negotiate payment plans Monitor customer accounts for past due balances or discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing
