Role – Financial Analyst, FP&A

You will own the planning, forecasting, and reporting process, providing deep insight and analysis to the management team. Central to your role is developing dashboards and financial tools, monitoring performance vs budget, controlling cost levers, helping manage cash flow, and supporting decision-making through scenario modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting.

• Develop and maintain management reporting packs with detailed analysis of variances, cost drivers, profit & loss, etc.

• Own the design and implementation of dashboards and data tools to enhance visibility & decision-making.

• Monitor and control cash flow, and support cashflow forecasting.

• Perform scenario modelling & ad-hoc financial analysis as needed for projects or business decision support.

• Collaborate with accounting & commercial teams to ensure alignment of cost, revenue, and financial data.

• Maintain reporting policies & ensure consistency in financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) or equivalent; additional qualifications like CFA/MBA are a plus.

• At least 5 years of relevant FP&A / financial reporting / commercial finance experience.

• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial accounting standards.

• Advanced Excel skills; strong ability in financial modelling & scenario analysis.

• Experience with MIS / dashboarding / data-driven reporting tools.

• Strong communication & presentation skills. Ability to explain financial results, insights and recommendations clearly.

• Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

• Salary in the range of AED 18,000-20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
