What You’ll Do

• Oversee regional accounts functions: ensure accurate, timely reporting and coordination across multiple locations.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting to senior management.

• Maintain & improve internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance (tax, accounting standards) across regions.

• Manage regional teams in accounting functions; mentor staff, standardize procedures, improve efficiency.

• Partner with other departments (operations, audit, procurement) to support cost control and drive financial initiatives.

• Handle reconciliations, financial audits, monthly / quarterly close processes, and ensure data integrity.

• Support strategic financial decisions, contribute to forecasting & expansion planning, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar; a relevant professional qualification is a plus.

• Solid understanding of regional accounts, multi-location financial reporting, and financial reconciliations.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and managing finance teams.

• Expertise in accounting standards and compliance issues in Saudi Arabia (or broader GCC), tax awareness.

• High proficiency in financial software / ERP systems and in Excel.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
