Role – Fashion Consultant

You’ll be the face of the brand inside the store, helping clients with styling, product selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your goal is to build client trust, provide expert advice, and help the store meet key sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their style preferences and suggest outfits and accessories.

• Maintain detailed product knowledge: fabrics, fit, care instructions, latest trends.

• Assist customers with styling and building complete outfits (clothing, shoes, accessories).

• Support visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects current fashion trends.

• Achieve personal sales targets; help store achieve overall goals.

• Keep client records (if applicable), follow-up on leads, build return customer base.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years’ experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or client-facing sales roles.

• Strong sense of fashion trends, styling instincts, and product knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude; ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

• Flexible to work retail shifts: weekends, evenings, holidays.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or another language is a plus.
