Job Duties

• Will be responsible for providing excellent Facilities Management services by being the first point of contact for building users, undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services, and conducting general caretaking activities to ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Additionally, the Fabric Maintenance & Facilities Operative will undertake planned minor installation works or other project works as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification within estates and facilities or a related area, be IOSH/NEBOSH qualified, have a working knowledge of BMS Systems, and proven experience in estates and facilities and have knowledge of hard and soft FM services.
