Job Duties

• Use Hire Insight to assist Recruitment with interview logistics and college-based recruitment activities.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that new hire documentation is received by HR. Create and maintain secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems.
• Manage the temporary recruitment process using the proprietary HRMS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to update job descriptions before the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum experience of 3 to 5 years of experience.
• The qualification required is bachelors.
• The minimum to maximum age limit is between 28-34 years.
