You’ll work closely with the e-commerce team, help optimize customer journeys, and gain hands-on exposure to operations, merchandising, and digital performance.

• Support the day-to-day operations of Chalhoub’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites, ensuring the online customer journey is smooth—from browsing to fulfillment. GulfTalent

• Help with improvements to website functionality, order, payment, and fulfillment flows.

• Assist in merchandising online, support customer acquisition and contribute toward commercial performance initiatives.

• Learn how operational systems work in an eCommerce business (data flow, reporting).

• Collaborate across teams to build efficient, repeatable processes that improve customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need
