Job Roles

• Operating vehicles and equipment to transport goods or passengers.
• Following traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintaining vehicle maintenance records.
• Inspecting vehicles for defects before and after trips.
• Communicating with dispatchers and other personnel.
• Managing and directing the work of subordinates.
  Planning, organizing, and coordinating work activities.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Managing schedules and ensuring that work is completed on time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to move to the job location.
• A good driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

• Ability to follow instructions and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant work experience, such as previous experience as a driver or in a related field.
