Role – Junior Driver

As a Junior Driver at Califorca Trading LLC, you’ll be responsible for collecting/delivering products, transporting staff or materials, maintaining the assigned vehicle, ensuring timely and safe driving, and representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company vehicle for delivery of cleaning equipment, supplies, and support logistical tasks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and appropriate condition of vehicle; check oil, fuel, lights, tires; report issues.

  • Follow assigned routes and schedules; ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

  • Assist loading and unloading small items when needed.

  • Adhere to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Keep trip logs, fuel and maintenance records.

  • Provide courteous interaction with customers or internal clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid UAE driving license relevant for light/medium vehicle.

  • 0-1 year of driving experience (can include internships, part-time, or similar).

  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, basic navigation skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, honest, with good time management.

  • Basic communication skills (English), ability to follow instructions.

  • Physical ability to assist in light loading if required.
