Role – Digital & Social Media Manager

We are hiring a Digital & Social Media Manager to serve as the central architect of our digital consumer engagement strategy. This senior role is responsible for developing and managing a holistic digital plan that increases brand knowledge, drives e-commerce sales, and fosters lasting consumer loyalty. You will be the voice of our brands online, interacting with consumers in real-time, managing high-impact campaigns, and leveraging cutting-edge tools to ensure our strategies are ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual digital and social media calendar, aligning with market occasions and business objectives.

  • Create, manage, and analyze performance reports for all social media content and campaigns across platforms like InstagramFacebookTwitter/XLinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, providing consistent performance updates to business leaders.

  • Interact with consumers and e-commerce customers in real-time, building community and driving sales through new deals and product listings.

  • Monitor emerging trends in social media tools and applications, applying innovative strategies to keep the business at the forefront of digital marketing.

  • Take complete responsibility for digital marketing activities, including the performance of the company’s mobile app and website.

  • Conduct research to identify new online business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.

  • Partner with divisional teams to ensure social media efforts are effectively aligned with the latest digital practices and overall business strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of proven, relevant experience in digital and social media management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful management of social media accounts and campaigns.

  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.

  • Strategic Thinking: Superior presentation, reporting, and strategic planning skills.

  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of the Gulf region’s cultural nuances and the ability to differentiate user behavior across various social channels.

  • Trend Savvy: A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
