Role – Digital Marketing Associate

In this role, you will help design and execute digital marketing strategies across online channels. You’ll assist with campaign setup, content creation, performance tracking, and optimisation. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll ensure digital initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns across social media, email, search (PPC/SEM) and display channels.

• Create engaging content: social posts, visuals / graphics, ad creatives, blogs, email templates.

• Manage and schedule content on social media platforms; engage with audience and monitor feedback.

• Support website content updates, landing page optimisation, and SEO best practices.

• Analyze campaign and traffic data using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights; provide reports and optimization suggestions.

• Collaborate with design, content, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Help manage paid ads and budgets; assist in bid management and performance tuning.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in UAE or similar markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.

• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics tools).

• Strong content creation / copywriting skills; an eye for design is a plus.

• Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, data, and using insights to improve performance.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
