Job Duties

• Your typical workday will involve regular customer communication, portfolio development, and new customer acquisition, all to achieve set targets.
• You’ll provide personalized service to both current and new customers via phone and email, as well as manage transport contracts for your customer portfolio.
• You’ll also update and maintain customer information in DHL’s global sales systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• An independent and active work attitude with a results-oriented approach,
• Good communication and teamwork skills, and strong IT skills, including experience using customer information systems and Office programs.
• Fluency in Finnish is required, and English language skills are considered an advantage.
