Job Responsibilities:

• Follow delivery instructions from restaurant or customer service team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Load orders onto delivery vehicle or into personal car or bike in a safe and secure manner.
• Check for completeness of order before leaving the restaurant/outlet.
• Ensure that the order is delivered to the customer in a timely manner and in a friendly manner.
• Collect payment from customers, if needed, and issue receipts upon completion of delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders delivered and payments collected on daily basis.
• Record any issues encountered during deliveries such as incorrect addresses, late pickups, etc., in order to update records accordingly and inform supervisor as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines while delivering orders and adhere to local traffic rules and regulations at all times while on duty.
• Ensure that all deliveries are well packaged for quality assurance purposes before leaving the restaurant/outlet or customer’s house/office/location for delivery purposes
• Provide customers with accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) when requested.
