Role – Creative Manager
You will be the creative lead responsible for shaping the visual identity of the brand across all channels. From campaign ideation to final delivery, you’ll manage creative output, nurture your design team, and ensure consistency, innovation, and high impact in every piece of work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns: digital, print, social media, and experiential.
Oversee the design process from concept through to execution—graphic content, visuals, photography, and brand assets.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, creative specialists, and possibly freelancers or agencies.
Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, market trends, and business objectives.
Present visual concepts to stakeholders; incorporate feedback to refine creative direction.
Manage timelines, workload, and resource allocation to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Stay on top of design, visual, and branding trends; push boundaries & introduce fresh ideas.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, brand work, cross-platform campaigns.
At least 5-10 years of solid experience in creative roles, including leadership or team-management.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Familiarity with motion graphics, video content, and/or multimedia design is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically, solve design problems, and maintain high attention to detail.
Creativity, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to adapt to changing brand needs.
