  • When preparing food, follow the Senior and Head cooks’ instructions.
  • Able to cut meat and vegetables according to the Senior Cook and Head Cook’s instructions.
  • Accountable for food storage (both raw and cooked).
  • Capable of handling various kitchen tools with care.
  • Responsible for cleaning working stations and kitchen equipment after each use.
