We’re looking for a skilled Commercial Manager to join a dynamic team in the UAE. In this role, you’ll drive commercial success by managing contracts, tender processes, pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability across projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead commercial aspects of projects — review contracts, negotiate terms, ensure compliance.
Manage preparation and submission of tenders, bids, proposals, pricing models.
Monitor project costs, cash flow forecasts, profitability, and manage variations/claims.
Work closely with finance, procurement, project management, and legal teams.
Monitor commercial risks; propose mitigating strategies.
Maintain strong documentation for commercial deliverables, correspondence, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional qualification is a plus.
Significant experience in commercial/contract management (5-10 years or more).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills; ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with tendering, bid management, cost forecasting, financial modelling.
Knowledge of contract law, commercial best practices, perhaps experience with FIDIC or local contract standards.
