Clinic Assistant at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Al Safaha Riyadh will be under the supervision of Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse, help in managing the assigned clinic and coordinate with all clinic related activities to make sure that patients are receiving the optimal expected care services. Ensure the readiness and arrangement of the clinic/ environment / supplies) on daily basis.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Assist Physician in administrative and non-medical tasks.
• Receive call, clarification and answer as needed
• Organize and coordinate clinic activities (patient flow etc.).
• Ensure that all required documents are completed (claims, referral, etc.). Track patient status and assist as needed (with lab, radiology etc.).
• Process admission and referral accurately in a timely manner.
• Adhere to infection control principles.
• Adhere to JCIA/ CBAHI Standards of patient safety.
• Maintain proper records / documents, filing clinic related administrative aspects (borrowing / database, etc.).
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures when needed.
• Assist in certain administrative tasks:
• Completing supplies requisition (MR/PR)
  • Maintenance Request
  • IT / system request
  • Clinic closure requirement.
  • Act as coordinator between patient / family and doctor.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.
• Translate to non-Arabic speaking doctor or as needed.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
• Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences.

Experience

• Fresh graduate.

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training

• Pass the Mandatory competencies and other required competencies.
