Job Description:

As a Cashier at Mixing Experience, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, receiving payments, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale (POS). You’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth operations at the cash register, maintaining a professional and friendly environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

• Accurately record sales on the POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Receive and verify payments (cash or electronic) and issue invoices/receipts.

• Ensure the cash drawer is balanced and properly maintained at the start and end of your shift.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, referring them to management when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier area.

• Follow company policies regarding cash transactions and customer service protocols.

• Assist with periodic inventory counts as directed by management.

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.

Preferred Candidate:

• Professional Level: New Graduate

• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
