Job Duties

  • Help with child care (changing diapers, feeding, going for a walk, etc.) and preparation for classes.
  • Clean school area in conjunction with other staff members.
  • Have to work for the preparation of school events.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Residents of Japan only will be preferred for this job.
  • A minimum of one to two years of teaching experience.
  • It is preferable to have familiarity with Montessori and the Reggio Emilia method.
  • Caregiver assistants must be compassionate, empathetic, and eager to assist others.
  • The physical demands of providing care can include lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
  • When working with people who may require additional care and support, caregiver assistants need to be patient and understanding.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals is essential for caregiver assistants.
