Job Overview

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Department: Leisure / Golf / Guest Services

Reports To: Golf Operations Supervisor / Caddy Manager (or relevant supervisor)

Education: High school or equivalent; vocational or hospitality experience a plus

Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role; golf knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Role – Caddy Attendant

As a Caddy Attendant, you will be part of the team that supports golf members and guests throughout their time on the course and at the clubhouse. You’ll help maintain equipment & facilities, assist guests, ensure a high standard of presentation, and follow all operational procedures so that every guest has an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness and presentation of golf course areas: driving range, short game areas, bag drop, bag storage, golf carts, and associated equipment.

• Assist guests with their needs—transporting and handling golf bags, helping with carts, arranging accessories.

• Support cleanliness, safety, and organization of all guest & operations areas; uphold service standards.

• Follow standard operating procedures including equipment handling and closing duties after hours.

• Respond to special requests or guest scheduling matters when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality/events/tourism preferred)

• Physically fit; able to lift / carry up to 30 kg as required

• Friendly, upbeat personality; strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of golf is helpful but not necessary.
