• Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Role – Bartender (Nomad Restaurant)

We are hiring a Bartender to join the vibrant Nomad Restaurant at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, a cultural lifestyle destination nestled near Dubai Creek and only 2km from Dubai International Airport (DXB). This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional with a flair for mixology and exceptional customer service. Be part of a venue that offers contemporary cuisine, urban ambiance, and culturally inspired service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with professionalism and warm hospitality.

• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.

• Recommend drinks, appetizers, and desserts to upsell offerings.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Ensure adherence to Jumeirah Quality Standards in all service.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.

• Support other departments or large-scale events as required.

• Comply with all safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and table service etiquette.

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and evenings.
