Job Duties

• Assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Running errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
• Preparing and serving refreshments to guests and staff.
• Handling and distributing incoming mail and packages.
• Providing support to other office staff as needed.
• Operating office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
• Making travel arrangements for staff members.
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
