• Pre-post analysis on subscriber base, offers subscription, usage behaviour, and various network initiatives taken over some time.
• Propose/implement promotions of campaigns to achieve targets about subscribers’ growth, gross adds QoS improvement, revenue, and traffic trends under the supervision of manager segments. Devising products, promotion, and network rollout strategy to ensure smooth customer experience regarding products and network.
• Utilizing BI/CLM, design and monitor micro-segmentation campaigns; assist in the preparation of business cases and create monthly and quarterly plans for performance tracking.
