Assistant Manager – F&B Marketing (1 Position)
Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Reports to Associate Director of Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies for the resort’s F&B outlets in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Associate Director of Marketing.
Align all marketing activities with overall revenue objectives and the brand vision of Jumeirah Group.
Digital & Campaign Management
Manage relationships with external agencies for SEO, SEM, social media, EDMs, and other digital marketing projects, ensuring campaign effectiveness and budget compliance.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns targeting local and international markets.
Social Media & Content Creation
Lead content production (photoshoots, videoshoots) and community management for multiple outlets including:
- Dhow & Anchor
- Bastion
- Floor 24
- Kitchen Connection
- Fika
- Nuska Beach
- Pool Bar
- Creations Cakery
- Pearl Lounge
- Club & In-room Dining (C&I)
Supervise and support social media agencies to ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
Event Coordination & Media Relations
Independently manage F&B-focused marketing events, influencer collaborations, and media hosting.
Coordinate media/influencer reviews with PR agencies and ensure approvals are aligned with brand guidelines.
Platform & Listings Management
Ensure all F&B-related content on the Jumeirah Beach Hotel website and third-party platforms is accurate and up to date.
Submit award applications, reviews, and recognitions in coordination with the PR team.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Maintain strong internal communication with culinary and operations teams (Chefs, Executives, F&B Directors).
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure timely and brand-aligned marketing collateral.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
CIM qualification is a plus.
3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality or F&B sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content creation.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, chefs, and creatives.
