Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth within the retail paints division by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through field visits and client meetings
Presenting products and services, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals
Maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and handling inquiries or concerns
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Preparing sales reports and monitoring collections and payments to ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
Age limit: Up to 30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the retail paints industry
Strong skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management
Ability to conduct field visits, present products, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals
In-depth knowledge of retail paints products, competitor pricing, and market trends
Experience in preparing sales reports, monitoring collections, and coordinating with internal departments
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to AED 8,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances
