Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cloud and IT infrastructure services.
Present and sell enterprise IT solutions — cloud services, managed IT services, infrastructure solutions — to corporate clients across Oman.
Engage with prospects and clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
Provide after‑sales support when required, follow up on service delivery, and facilitate renewals.
Stay updated on latest IT and cloud developments — infrastructure, software, and security — to advise clients effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–7 years of experience in IT sales, preferably selling enterprise IT solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise IT infrastructure, and IT services market in Oman/Middle East.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate into business‑centric solutions.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
Estimated Salary & Benefits (Market Insight)
OMR 400 – OMR 700 / month (base) + commission and bonuses — Based on current market data for IT sales roles in Oman.
