Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our Sharjah office. This role involves assisting in project planning, monitoring, and coordination. You will work with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
Review technical drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
Support in quality control and ensure deliverables meet project standards.
Help in risk management, identifying potential project issues.
Participate in site visits and meetings as required.
Maintain documentation and project records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
0–3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role (internship / entry-level).
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, project management, and construction processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team and under guidance.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
AED 3,500 – AED 7,000 / month (estimated based on market data):
