Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, answer phone calls, handle administrative duties, and ensure an efficient and welcoming reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally and direct them appropriately.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Manage front-desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

  • Perform general administrative tasks: filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Assist with mail handling, courier dispatch, and reception-related logistics.

  • Support the administrative team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Maintain visitor logs and daily reception reports.

  • Provide basic office support and coordinate with other departments for administrative needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or secretarial certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative assistant role.

  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with good customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Flexible availability, as this is a temporary role.

Salary & Benefits


 Approximately AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 / month — based on typical receptionist / administrative assistant salaries in Abu Dhabi:
