Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site fit-out works, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site finishing works such as partitions, false ceilings, painting, tiling, and marble.

• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, labor teams, and project managers to ensure work is executed according to method statements and drawings.

• Inspect quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

• Manage manpower, tools, and materials to achieve daily and weekly targets.

• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, issue logs, and quality checklists.

• Enforce health, safety, and site protection measures.

• Report on site progress, challenges, and proposed corrective measures.

• Train and mentor junior fit-out staff, ensuring they follow correct finishing procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

• 3–7 years of experience in fit-out supervision or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works: gypsum, tile, marble, partitions, painting, etc.

• Excellent leadership and coordination skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

• High commitment to quality and safety standards.

Salary & Benefits

AED 7,000 – AED 14,000 / month for a fit-out supervisor in Sharjah.

• According to Glassdoor, general supervisor roles in Sharjah range from AED 3,000 – AED 8,000 / month.
